/A message from the Soup Kitchen Ministry.
There will be a meeting on Thursday, March 12th at the parish center at 7PM. Anyone interested in actively participating in this Ministry is encouraged to attend
Our individual parishioners’ consistent and prayerful donations of time and money are the foundation of our ministry and allow us to continue our mission. Please consider placing a donation in an envelope marked SOUP KITCHEN attention Alicia in the collection basket or at the parish center. In the memo line, please designate the donation is for the soup kitchen.
Thank you to all who participate in our efforts to bring food to the hungry and homeless.

Prayers Requested for Father Larry
/Dear Parish Family,
Our Pastor, Father Larry, will be undergoing surgery for prostate cancer on Tuesday, March 3rd. Please keep him in your prayers both during the surgery and his recovery period. We ask that you also pray for Fr. Lukasz and Fr. Jonathan as they steward our parish in his absence.
You are invited to join in the following prayer for Fr. Larry’s healing and quick recovery:
“O Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy and Health of the Sick, we turn to you in this time of trial. With confidence in your maternal intercession, we entrust Father Larry into your loving care.
Look with compassion upon him in his sickness. Intercede with your Son, Jesus Christ, our Divine Healer, to grant him physical healing, inner peace, and strength to endure this suffering.
Comfort our anxious hearts, Mother, and bring hope to our parish family. Guide the hands of his caregivers, that they may bring relief and restoration. We place our trust in you, knowing your tender care never fails. Amen. ”
Parish Center Closed Monday 2.23 Due to Snow, No Mass or Adoration

Social Concerns Corner: Walk in Solidarity with CRS this Lent
/From the Social Concerns Ministry.
Did you know that last year Catholic Relief Services (CRS) served over 200 million vulnerable people around the globe on behalf of the US Catholic community? While CRS is funded from diverse resources, it has been a strong partner to the US government since its history began over 80 years ago resettling survivors and migrants after World War II. This past year has brought significant changes to CRS’ reach and scale as outlined in this news article from Our Sunday Visitor News. Take some time to read this article and learn more about CRS’ Rice Bowl, a Lenten program of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that encourages all of us to walk in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world.
